Prefix and Suffix
Walt: explain the author's purpose.
In this game I am learning prefix and suffix. When first played this game it was easy, but as I went along it started to get difficult. To be honest, but I don't really know what prefix and suffix means. So it was nice, to play this activity. Next I would like to learn more about this topic.

I want to be a millionaire
Walt: write in paragraphs.
I want to be a millionaire. Millions of money stacked in a safe, hidden in my pillows, falling out of my pocket. Money over there money over here, money everywhere. Buying me things I don’t need. I will be hitting the boast and tripping to other countries. Seeing everything, I haven’t seen before. I will be the second most richest person in the world, apart from Barak Obama. But then it comes to me helping my family out.
I would help my mum with the bills she needs to pay. With all the money I have I would lend some to my family, but I would only give them $5 every second day. I would buy food for the family with the help of my mum and I would spend some money on my sister. Just so she will stop wearing my clothes. But, then it comes to the people I owe.
I would a few bucks to them people I need to owe. Like my mum and dad. Some of my family members and of course my sister Autymn. I would have to buy them food instead of giving them money, because you know I love the money. But then it comes to my friends.
Just to be nice I would buy things for my friends. I would give them money if they are in need. I would buy them lollies or food, but not to much, because what do they give me. I would even have a 50 cent scramble. I would buy my closest friends jewellery. But then it comes to my bestie.
I would buy my bestie things that besties buys for besties. Like a friendship necklace, bracelet and ring. I would buy her food and food, just to keep her happy. I would give her money to buy me things, like food. Nice. To be very honest, but I would buy her everything, just because I love her. But then it comes to me wasting all of that money.
When all my money goes, I would be a normal person. I would do the normal things that people do. I would shop at the op shop and buy me some socks. Add some sandals to that but then it comes to me, trying really hard to earn money.

Word Problems - Multiplication and Division
Walt: solve problems in financial literacy.
In this game I had to make a model to help me solve word problems. At first it was difficult, but as I went along it started to get use to it. I used multiplication to get my answer, so I had to find the product of 9 and 10, which is 90. Next I would like to learn more about this activity.

Comparing Decimals
Walt: solve problems in multiplication and division that has decimals.
In this game I have to use my symbols of =, < and >. As you can I have the score of 100%, which is really good. It took me a long time to get 100%, but I just kept trying and trying. This was challenging at first, but then I got the hang of it. So it was easy for me at the end. Next I would like to learn how to multiply decimals.

Jump Rope for Heart
Yesterday, Glen Innes school went to GI centre to show off their skipping skills. Also we went down to support and fundraise for the heart foundation. Everyone had fun watching and participating.

All the parents came to support their kids as they went along in their skipping routine. All the parents cheered for their kids. We raised $230, because of them.

Dental Presentation
During our middle session Mrs Wallbridge came to our class to talk about teeth. She answered all the questions we have asked her. When she told us that sugar was our teeth’s biggest enemy, I found that interesting, because I thought coffee was our teeth’s biggest enemy. Mrs Wallbridge showed us how to floss and brush our teeth the correct way, because people tend to scrub their gums and teeth and that scrubs off our gums. The thing I found most informative was not to eat so much sweets or foods that contain sugar, because after seeing the put off photos I regret eating lollies and junk food. A new learning for me was to always use a soft brush. Using a hard would rip away my gum and I don’t want anyone to see me with ripped gums.

Decimals Revision
Walt: solve problems in groups.
In this game I am adding decimals and fractions. At first this game was easy, but as I went along it started to get challenging. The strategy I used was to convert 1/4 into a decimal, which is 0.25. Then I added 8.5 and 0.25 together, and that gave me a total sum of 8.75. Next I would like to learn how to multiply decimals.

Adverbs
Walt: compare and contrast.
In this game I have to answer questions. I need to complete the sentence with words like until, from, for and since. I had a total score of 8 out of 12. Next time I play this game I would want to get 100%. This task was easy and challenging for at the same time. Only because I didn't get some of the sentences. Next I would like to learn how about comparing and contrasting.
