Walt: compare and contrast.

In this game I have to answer questions. I need to complete the sentence with words like until, from, for and since. I had a total score of 8 out of 12. Next time I play this game I would want to get 100%. This task was easy and challenging for at the same time. Only because I didn't get some of the sentences. Next I would like to learn how about comparing and contrasting. 

The Reading Room

Walt: discuss the problems and the solution in sequence.

In the story, The Reading Room there are two problems.

The first problem is Lisa sneaking into the bathroom to finish her book about Mark being lost in the sandstorm. But she can’t finish her book because her sister Kathy is wanting to have a shower. So she can go to the movies.

The last problem is that Kathy is wanting to have a shower so she can wash her hair. Kathy can’t have a shower because Lisa is reading her book in a quiet place where no one can disturb her.

Walt: learn, create, share.

Early this week I did a power point for Room 1 and 2. My power point was based on animal features. What I did was take photos and turn it into a book. The thing that was hard for me was trying to get the kids attention. I think they were looking at Alisi’s power point. The kids loved it when they were holding my net book. Poiva and I were reading the power point together.  The fun part was when Poiva and I had to guess what animal we were talking about.  I wish that I could show other people in the world my power point and read it to them.
